George Carlin died the other day, everyone is saying how great a comedian he was, but his obituary the news anchors came up with was his 7 words you can’t say on TV routine. That was back when he was funny. I never saw him live and had no desire to. Only on TV and lately I would usually change the channel. He wasn’t funny. People said his comedy was the kind that made you think. That’s not comedy. That’s philosophy, and his philosophy sucked too.

One current routine I remember was something about the signs in bathrooms that say employees have to wash their hands. He thought that was really stupid. If you didn’t pee on yourself, you didn’t need to wash your hands. First, it was stupid and he couldn’t make it funny even though he tried. When he got political, that wasn’t funny either. Same old liberal tirade. It’s actually been so long since he’s been relevant or funny. Hopefully he didn’t suffer.
